Hi, I read this article and some(that a lot to read) comments. Its first time I have seen a GOOD article on this topic. I am a web developer , was a network system admin before, left the previous area completely just for the reason its male dominent and people dont feel trusting on your abilities, rahter prefer to trust on the male’s mistakes.
The females who are in the industry are more talented than the all average men, because they have to struggle not only on knowledge but also the racism (war on both sides!). thats why female knowledge is not that much as men.
