  1. mmolai says:

40 is labeled the same as 39, which sucks cause 40 is the my favorite one up there. I think I have it though, just trying to figure it out.

  2. Rishi Luchun says:

Nice collection. like the grungy set,
    Thanks

  3. Brandon says:

Love these! Always looking for more fonts to use. Thanks for collecting them together!

  4. Max says:

Geo and Museo are really nice and simple fonts which i like, revolt is crazy cool though from a font perspective.

  5. Simon says:

Vintage and evolution are definitely a few of my favourites
However, all of them are awesome and there are some really good grunge fonts there I like as well

  6. Patrick says:

Thinking that a larger collection of (generally mediocre) typefaces will automatically improve typography skills is a dangerous attitude, especially for younger designers. I always recommend to young designers to master the use of classics and never to go surfing on the internet for free fonts.

  7. Love CJ says:

Nice font,I hope to see more design wallpaper fonts:)

  8. Eric says:

Boble will make a nice flier/logo font! thanks for these, I have a large collection, but had not seen many of these.

  9. John says:

I like the fonts in this collection, mostly each one for a specific purpose. But ‘incredible’ is a bit strong. They’re much better than good - most are even better than great - but nowhere near incredible in my books.

Incredible would be along the lines of Feel Script by Alejandro Paul. You can find it through veer.com - be sure to check out the slideshow. Evokes exactly the right feeling for its own specific purpose. Rare that a typeface can do that so well.

(And no, I’m not in any way connected to it. Just found it one day months ago. And although it’s not by any means free - around $100 I think - if you have the right occasion, it’s well worth it.)

  10. Lucy says:

Espectacular las fuentes. Felicitaciones por ello. Me llevo algunas que em re hiper gustaron y me super surven. Gracias.

  11. cadelina says:

Thank you for creating this list. Some of these fonts are hard to find.

  12. Niki Brown says:

A few of those fonts are really nice, but the grunge ones are mediocre at best. I agree with patrick that its better for designers to master the classics before exploring free fonts. I also have to say that good fonts are SO worth paying for. :)

  13. keyreverse says:

how do i download these fonts ?

  14. dave says:

Yeah, i like to go onto abstractfonts.com and just look at random fonts (they have around 11000 free fonts), they have some amazing ones - fonts have come a long way since the 80s!

  15. ntopics says:

These are an incredible display of fonts.
I have never seen such a vast variety of professional Web and design fonts before all on one page.

    thanks from Tony

  16. Some really nice fonts here. thanks for sharing them.

  17. ashvin says:

    impressive collection

  18. Toni says:

I have used Bobe Font for School assignments a year ago. Great display font collection. Thanks a lot !

  19. Rasterizer says:

Wow. Most of these are weak and worthless and very behind the trends. Jacks Font is thin and wimpy without any elegance. Look at that F-o pair…you call that kerning? The next three or four are all rip-off of famous fonts until you get to Lemur, an illegible wiry set of loops and lines. Aldo is one of the few with any uniqueness and usability. But then we get into another round of rip-off designs.

Next we have a grouping of worthless grunge fonts. I say worthless because these have all been done one way or another for about a decade and nothing here is really adding to the genre. Nothing unique going on. Nothing new going on, just the same old sans-serif with a distressed look.

I could go on but let’s just stop for the highlights. Conglomerfont is about the dumbest pick of a font I’ve ever seen, Pandamonium isn’t a font and like most of these reflect the styles of someone with no professional design experience whatsoever.

  20. mezu says:

Awesome collection..will definitely add these to my list. :)

  21. Kevin says:

Professional Web & Print Design? *Yawn*

  22. Mark says:

Thanks for this list! Great work.

  23. Dancer says:

Wow, another bedroom designer with no obvious experience in the design industry. You obvious Do not know about typefaces as this list is unrealistic, badly drawn and quite frankly awful. Since when has clip art of Panda’s been a typeface. You probably have 1 to half a font worth using in this list in the real world

  24. kenny says:

    impressive collection!!!

  25. stelt says:

Nice, where can i download the SVG versions?

  26. Sven says:

    cool List. thanks

  27. E-man says:

    There you go! fantastic really.

  28. Noupe says:

Thank you to everyone who commented here.

This post was only here to showcase beautiful fonts one can use to design a logo like the Evolution font or to create a grungy effect on the header of your website like those nice grungy fonts. Other nice and elegant fonts are showcased too like the those you can find at the very top. I personally find them very clean and beautiful.

Since when has clip art of Panda’s been a typeface.

@»Dancer- I have divided this posts into sections (grungy font, fancy fonts, cartoon style fonts, script fonts and clean fonts).
The panda font happened to be under the cartoon style font in-case you didn’t notice. Your comment sounds very rude to me, Can’t you just say it in a nice way, i guess not.
I would like to thank all font-designers for releasing such beautiful fonts.

  29. Thank you for sharing the fonts. It looks like there is lots of useful information here

am a new comer, ,equipt me with everything i need to know

  31. Unreal Media says:

Very nice fonts there. Thanks for sharing :)

  32. Dave says:

Those are a real mixed bag. Half look like they are whipped together by weak fontographers.

  33. Gary says:

Most of those are unusable 99% of the time. It kills me slowly and painfully when these hacks who are so called “Desktop Designers” have collections of 4,999 typefaces and think they’re the next Warhol. Having a drawer full of fonts does NOT make you an artist.

That said, there were three or four I really like. Thanks for the posting :)

  34. Nino says:

Good list apart from the grunge ones. Can we get some thicker design fonts like bifurk or the RTS series? Would be a great help as they’re hard to find. It’s always hand drawn and grunge fonts that are put on the list.

  35. Pavan Kumar says:

    That’s a great list again :) Thank you :)

    Stumbled :)

  36. B.Zakaria says:

There is very beautiful Fonts on Dafont.com !

  37. Timothy says:

Not sure when it would be useful, but Pandamonium is awesome

  38. Dime_Dive_08 says:

thanks very much i love you very mush

  39. jimmy says:

I have spent hours looking for some of these fonts. Bookmarked, dugged, telling all my friends. Thank you! I will buy you a beer, tell me when. Wait, I will brew you a beer and use these fonts to make you a custom label.

  40. leon says:
