IT´S A WONDERFULL SCULPTURE MADE OF ICE. I´M AMAZED. IT´S INCREDIBLE HOW THAT CAN BE MADE IN WINTER AND DOESN´T MELT.
The one that you say is a deer i am pretty sure is an elk. The antlers come back to curved for a deer and the rack is too tall and thick for a deer. But otherwise amazing art work. That is real talent.

I made an ice sculpture once. It was a delicate abstract piece in the shape of a cube approximately 2 inches on a side.
