Free Download: Trey Ratcliff’s 500 Best Photos in Full Resolution
This is definitely worth an article as well as your time. Trey Ratcliff, avid traveller and professional photographer, sat down last night and curated his 500 personal favorites from his great photography portfolio into one album. Then he went over to Google+ and released this album exclusively there. Trey is a heavy user of G+ anyway and the platform didn’t limit him to certain resolutions for his images. Out came a great and really large album of 500 high grade images in their fullest resolution.
Trey Ratcliff: Stuck in Customs
If your interest lies in HDR or landscape photography in general, you must have been stumbling upon images by Trey Ratcliff more than once. Not a single list post showcasing great photos misses his works. If you want to know more about Trey, head on over to his head quarters at "Stuck in Customs". As a frequent, or even heavy traveller, Trey knows customs far too well, obviously…
Mr. Ratcliff earns his money in a wide variety of ways. He can be booked as a photographer. But he also writes books, tutorials and reviews. He holds workshops and can be booked as a speaker at the world’s conferences. He even develops software and apps, mostly for mobile devices. It is safe to say, that Trey is one of the world’s Top 20 photographers.
His 500 Best Images under CC Non-Commercial
Exclusively to Google+ Trey published an album of his 500 personal favorites in their respective original resolution. All images are licensed Creative Commons Non-Commercial, which basically means you can use them freely for non-commercial purposes as long as you attribute properly.
My devices all feature Ratcliff photography as desktop backgrounds. From Windows over Mac to iPad and Galaxy S4, one of the 500 images graces my machinery.
See for yourself. Here is the gallery of all the album’s entries and here is the original G+ post by Trey. You can download the whole album in one go as a zipped archive. I did and still do ;-) Up to now, 4.2 GB have landed on my local drive.
These are only a few examples of what to expect:
