  1. I must say, this blog (since subscribing) has given me nothing but absolute motivation to get out and really create some wonderful stuff. Touche on the excellent links, and I don’t know if it is a team that runs this blog, but what great taste!

  2. I am loving them all! Amazing. DeviantArt is really always a great repository of inspiration and also resources. i always admire the people that works to give fore free or freeware things to others, that can solve the needs of those others :D amazing dedication :)
And thanks for your wonderful posts dear, always so useful!!

  3. Did you ask the people that created these if you could use them before you stole them off deviantart ?

  4. Joanna: They didn’t steal them. They aren’t offering them up for download here, they are simply making note of them and directing you to the artist’s DA page.

  5. It’s a real shame more of these aren’t available to download from DA, or for sale for commercial use.

I’ve checked a couple and they are either free site use only or there is literally no download offered, only a single image with a detailed background.

  6. Hey Everyone,

Thanks for the awesome feedback and I’m glad many found new icon sets to use. Make sure to drop a comment about your favorite deviantART icon too – I know I can’t list them all, so I’ll need your help for our next deviantART Roundup.

@Christefano: Thanks for posting the Indiana Jones icons, excellent collection as well!

@Amanda: Thanks for explaining to Joanna that No one stole anything, we are just highlighting some of the best icon sets available on deviantART.

  7. Nice Icon I may use them on my Discount Computer site. Thanks… I really like the under construction one but it is not available for download.

  8. Thanks for these great icons. I was looking for i-phone icons and I found them on here. Great! Dugg this post too :)

  9. Those are the most 3D, reflective, and colorful icon sets on deviantART. They’re very well done, if that’s the sort of icons you prefer.

It’s a shame none of the more elegant minimalist sets were included. I’m thinking in particular of *heylove’s work.

  10. These are some very impressive icons. It’s great to see the amount of creative effort that goes into the development of these types of things. The Chinese wind icons are pretty appealing to me. =)

  11. Thanks everybody for your feedback and for all the Diggs that we got :), we appreciate it and we will do our best to get you all the best resources, news and trends in the design sphere.

I will definitely add all your suggested Icons in our next roundup.

@victorantos, It is always worth to take a look at the license agreements or even contact the designer directly to take their permission for personal or commercial use.

@stinky9, The Onibari and iVaizard are one of the best, we didn’t arrange these icons according to any criteria. All icons are just randomly placed here.
Keep up the good stuff and let me know when you have new icon set so we could share with our readers.

  12. This is impossible!! I cannot believe it!! Excellent icons! Thanks for sharing! I still cannot believe it!

  13. Very nice effort in putting this together, thanks very much. I have recently browsed through devianart collection and is always hard to find the good mixed in with alot of the rubbish.
