Its very easy to download the brushes and install
1st..
go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Brushes
paste yours downloaded brushes to this place
and open photoshop
go to brushes on top right arrow “loadbrushes”
load all your brushes to this place
then start using brushes
lets rock it
