It’s not hard to design a website, but it gets harder when you try to achieve that unique design using Wood pieces and integrate it with the design elements to make the whole design part of that piece of wood.

In an overview below you’ll find some stunning designs that is totally engaged with that piece of wood.

You might want to check "70+ Visually Impressing Header Graphics" which is a small showcase of more than 70 outstanding header graphics with excellent use of visual elements and interface design.

    Wood….It’s the new black!

I like how Alex Buga was able to integrate the “web 2.0″ shading styles with a photorealistic texture.

Sawdust & Glass has a gorgeous piece of wood as its background. Although, I have my biases as I designed the website for the woodworking and stained glass artists.

I’m not normally one to spam the comments of a blog post but it is related - The Multipack recently redesigned the website which uses a wooden feel to push the idea of being at a pub table. We think it works well…

Hello, this is great list. great pieces of woodstock :)

  • On May 4th, 2008

I’m glad that you took screenshots, cause some of the links have unfortunately either lead to a site that is not the original design or they are under construction. But I feel that burning sea can be a lot better. I personally like GNV partners :)
