Nice list ;)
When it comes to SEO though, most good tools are not free for the general public, and the ones that are, usually are limited some way or pretty much useless, which is sad really. There are a couple dozen SEO/Design related tools at http://www.shoutingzone.com (tools are listed in the right side menu) that I think are just awesome, fast and very reliable, you should have added the reciprocal link checker to your list imo, not many out there quite as unique. seobook provides some nifty tools too!

I have been approached by a client about tools like this, and some work well and some do not. The method I always use when trying to get info on competition is to first test a new method on my own site, or one of my clients. This way you can be sure that the program is accurate, before depending on the data to make strategic decisions about your online marketing.
