Free WordPress Themes Fresh From January and February 2013

Our goal is to round up the new theme releases for self-hosted WordPress installations monthly. With January being a rather weak month in terms of numbers we decided to accumulate the themes from the first two months. From experience we can assume that now, after the cold months pass developer's enthusiasm comes back and more themes will be conceived. Generally we can conclude that WordPress theme developers focus on responsive layouts more often than not. Mobile clients have their impact here. In this roundup we have two themes that are based on Twitter's fantastic framework Bootstrap, Hybrid Core also has its share again. See for yourself...
